Problem with the Asian characters input

After the latest app update, when we are using input method to input Chinese or Japanese characters, it will react incorrectly
Such as when I try to input 河流（river),in Chinese input method,
It will display (水水水水口水口水口河水水水水山水山水山流), similar issue happened for handwriting input for Chinese and also the Japanese input method. This is working perfectly in all previous version of google translate app.
