I would add some alternatives of translation and make it more “encyclopedic”. If had no knowledge of English I would incur into easy awkward translations.
Many terms have different translations with respect to different context such as: medical language, legal language, cooking language, sport and physics language, chemistry and
Mechanics. For example for you yeast only “bumps up”, but actually it depends on the way of cooking how the dough rises up.
