Disappointed how often this translates incorrectly, both English and Mandarin.

I go to Korea twice a year for work. Spoken language is getting easier but the written word is impossible. This app changed my whole travel experience! I can finally move about the city with confidence. GET THIS APP NOW! Don’t think about it any longer, get it.

Super useful for translating voice, text, images with or without a network connection. Buggy at times (feedback sent to Google) and struggles with longer audio translation during brief conversation.

Great translation software but I need Cantonese translator too we went to Hong Kong not everything translate to English

Does not translate Spanish correctly, and it’s horrible for people that use it and think they are getting the right translation... total fowl ! If google wants to make an app for everything, please make this one right for everyone to possibly learn a language the correct way. Just irks me when I see weird/incorrect Spanish written on a job site or stores and you know they probably used this dumb app... just saying

It really is the best translation app out

Used to be my go to Chinese to English translator. On my iPhone X it is slow, clunky and very frustrating. I’m here at the App Store looking for a replacement

Best thing ever

I like it. But it could use something like.. Meybe you can add a button where it can listen?

I’ve submitted feedback through the app but it appears that when you leave the app during speech mode and come back the microphone is not actually listening even though the UI appears to be listening to you. Cheers!

A week already, no fix

Tried to use this at a spanish speaking Christmas service and the voice translator couldn’t keep up. It needs to constantly listen and translate until told to stop. I had to leave the service because I couldn’t understand the preacher and he didn’t have an English translator co-oping him. Very poor app design.

For a guero like me, there has always been a language barrier while texting Latina women who speak Spanish. Ever since I’ve downloaded this app, I can express my feelings to them instead of babbling in broken Spanish!
