The microphone in the app is terrible. And the translation is not always correct.

I was spending time with my wifes family. I would type in a sentence and what cam out in Korean was a word for word translation. They didnt understand any thing this app was saying. I might be using this app incorrectly, but it seems pretty straight forward.

This is beautifully done and I cannot say how awesome it works. It is amazing! Love it!

It works whenever I need it, which is a lot now that Im studying a new language that is pretty hard to master. It translates anything I put in, as long as it may be, on the spot. Its the best. Google Translate, 사랑해요!당신은 최고예요!!

As simple as that. It doesnt work with the Arabic language. As an expat living in Kuwait this would be invaluable and is the reason I downloaded the app. When I found out it doesnt work with Arabic I was severely disappointed.

Ive been using Google translator for years its a wonderful application. I use it mainly to translate Russian, Japanese, Spanish. I really appreciate the Google adding feature (Goggles) u take a photograph of text and its automatically translated before your very eyes!!! This is very useful when sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. Thank you Google ❤️

Its not that good and its slow the app on phone

Why I cant use it for my IOS 9 ?????

This tool is very useful for my language to write and translate to English or other languages. I like this than any other apps.

Great app, but for some reason all my photos, when choosing from camera roll, are flipped upside down. Please fix.

This app is outstanding for an early generation translation device particularly since its free. If you already are familiar with the language it picks up where you leave off. If youre not familiar with the language it should give you some advantage when attempting to communicate with the other person. And if there are mistakes made then humor is really a good icebreaker anyway isnt it?

Firstly, Google silently dropped support for old versions. If you have an old version you will get a network error when attempting to translate. No update warnings, no meaningful messages, no option to update on older iOS - simply broken. The interface is poorly designed. The app does not work well with scripting languages - copy and paste barely works. Another half baked beta product from Google.

No sound, forced to use web translate

This application is absolutely vital in my line of work. Its simple to use and much better than itranslate, which is what I used prior.

I waited for something like this for a long time, this will come in very useful.

Its incredible amazing how it can translate every word or sentence in seconds in any language. I have dowloanded a lot a apps comparing them with this one and I have to deleted the others, this one is much much better and easy to used! Thank you for who ever created it in google co.

I am able to better connect with clients from many different cultures by using this app. The iPad version is also very good. Highly recommend.

Its hard to translate words and the when you do translate something the scrolling is blocked so u cant see what you translated
