Is really useful and has TONS of different languages

Great App - especially for Emergency Situation Use. In Emergency, being able to use the speech feature is extremely helpful.

This app is actually better than one I paid for. The translation is on point! Wish I wouldnt have paid for the other one. This one is great!

Please add language Kurdish-Sorani for app.google translate

Please, PLEASE, hire Italians to help with English/ Italian translations. While I appreciate your efforts, your translations are straight out of a dictionary and not natural speech/writing. It does not accurately translate words for the context. Also it fails at pronouns, articles, tenses and it pulls words previously used ; also previous mistakes and misspellings, that are not accurate for the current translation request. No matter what I do, including clearing previous translations, it continues to refer to past translations. Its hard for me to believe that Google cannot improve this app. I read that people are satisfied with the results but Im certain it is because they dont understand the grammar of their chosen language for translation.

This app has greatly improved our ability to communicate with our exchange student, and its been a great help for him too. Highly recommended

I remember when translate was hit n miss which due to the complexities of any language is understandable. Now though I have to say its so much better & is always going in that direction, sure its a long way off from being able to speak into it and bang a perfect translation with dialect & all is spoken from the phone in a correct voice. I sometimes test the app when bored trying to see where I can trip it up (multi lingual) and Im always impressed with results even when I do get a slightly off translation but this is usually due to slang. Lastly where is the Aboriginal languages (some) like Anishinaabe= Ojibwa/Chippewa or Haudenosaunee= Iroquois/Mohawk Or Oji-Cree ??? I will say I understand how complex these languages are, not just those mentioned ALL 1st Nations are. In Canada the govt BEAT the "Indian" from us & my mother n grandparents where physically whipped for speaking their own language!... There was a time when few remembered these languages/dialects & were almost extinct, in these past years with the recognition of Canadas genocide (U.S was same/similar) there has been an increase in speakers of these ancient languages. Sorry but I had to say it, even if no one reads this. Thanks

Is impossible to enter a second voice input workout exciting the first attempt and re-entering. Very annoying if you want to do more than one translation. Used to be fine a couple of years ago.

I mostly use it for CoD Zombies

This app used to be great. But lately it always seems to stall and needs to be rebooted constantly when using voice translation. It also does a horrible job translating said voice in puts . It will often get the translation right only to change it to something not even close to what I said at the split second before speaking back the results. Fix the dang on app please.

Why you dont add a translation widget? Some apps do this. Select and Copying a word then when pulling down notification center, the translation appears on google translate widget!

This app has helped me so much and continues to help me every day. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was that it doesnt have camera offline or for all languages. Other than that, this is your best bet for translating. Highly recommend and worth the download if you need to translate words often. There is even audio for pronunciation improvements so thats icing on the cake! In general, the camera is okay for translating words in pictures but sometimes it misses words and could be better. In the big picture, the camera is a really convenient tool. Please try this app!

This app is great but theres a mistake in the language called "Filipino" thats not a language the language is "Tagalog" Filipino is referring to a Philippine male
